February is almost done, and for any of you local San Franciscans you know that means the rain is upon us. As water is plummeting from the sky, we know it can be hard to find any motivation to leave your cozy, warm and DRY San Francisco furnished apartments.   As the cold returned once again, we all cozied up in our shared housing to escape the San Francisco weather…. some of you haven’t left since. But we are here to tell you that SF has a lot to offer, even in poor weather. So if you’re feeling inspired and adventurous, here is a list of rainy day must-dos. Grab your family, your friends, and your roommates, and go explore San Francisco in the rain!

Urban Putt

If you like golfing, you won’t let a little rain stop you. Urban Putt is the perfect place to get a bite to eat, maybe a drink, and putt around. Also great for a rainy-day date!

Warm Drinks

Sometimes, the only thing that can get you to roll out of the bed in your SF furnished apartment is the idea of a soothing and delicious warm beverage. So on a rainy day like this one, head to one of the cozy cafes on our list of favorites for some hot cocoa or a cup o’ joe!

The Ferry Building Marketplace

If you are only staying in your San Francisco apartment for a short amount of time, this one should definitely be at the top of your bucket list. All of SF’s local flavors are available in the Ferry Building, and it is a great place to spend a rainy afternoon. Try all of the free samples and be sure to make a pitstop at Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream (the “secret breakfast” flavor is a crowd favorite!)
