Fill Website Form

Choose your property, and fill out the Interested form on our website. Once you submit, you'll be warmly welcomed by the Urbanests team via Email.

Get to know our brand better by watching our Guided Tours on YouTube and exploring our social media content.

Virtual/In-person Tour

Work with your FREE Personal Leasing Agent via Email and Schedule and conduct a Live Virtual or In-Person tour of your preferred building.

During the tour, ask any questions you have to ensure all your concerns are addressed.

Background and Document Checks

For US citizens: Undergo a simple credit and background check.

For international students: Submit the necessary documents for verification.

Sign the Lease and Move-In

Once approved, sign the lease agreement.

Pay the upfront costs and Move into your fully furnished new home !

1. What types of leases do you offer ?
 

  • We offer flexible leasing options, including month-to-month and 12-month leases, to cater to various needs and preferences.

2. Are utilities included in the rent ?

  • ALL utilities are included in the rent, including Wi-fi. No hidden charges, no funny business.

3. What are the upfront costs ?

  • Upfront costs typically include the first month’s rent, a REFUNDABLE security deposit (equal to one month's rent), and a one-time application fee.

4. Can I bring my own furniture ?

  • All our units come fully furnished to provide convenience and comfort, but you are welcome to add personal touches to make the space your own.

5. How do the virtual tours work ?

  • Virtual tours are conducted LIVE via video call. Our building managers will walk you through the property, answer your questions, and provide detailed information about the unit and amenities.
